Mr. Stogner is a resident of College Station, Texas and a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received a Master’s and BBA in Accounting from the Professional Program in the Mays Business School, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for both the Bank and The Adam Corporation/Group (“TAC/G”). Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Stogner had over 11 years of Big 4 accounting and consulting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), where he most recently served as a Director for the Firm’s Deals Advisory Services group. After spending most of his career with PwC based in Dallas, Texas, he spent the last three years leading teams and clients on international cross border transactions based in Paris, France.
