Meet our Team

With a career in banking stretching back to his teen years, Mr. Dittmer has extensive experience in the systems and technology integration of merging financial services companies. Mr. Dittmer previously held technology leadership positions at Signature Bank in St. Petersburg, Fla., and State Bank of the Lakes in Antioch, Ill. He studied accounting at the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Ill., and graduated with a 4.0 GPA from DeVry University with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration and Business Information Systems. Mr. Dittmer earned his Master of Business Administration with an Information Security concentration from Keller Graduate School of Management. Mr. Dittmer also holds a number of certifications: PC Technician Certified and Internet Communications Certified, both from the College of Lake County; and Certified Professional, Certified Desktop Support Technician and Microsoft Office Specialist, all by Microsoft. He is a former Board Member at 440 West, Inc. on Clearwater Beach, previously responsible for Treasurer duties within the Association.
