Meet our Team

Mr. Watts began his commercial banking career in Cleveland, OH in 1998 after a 12 year career as a licensed professional electrical engineer. While working for a large national bank, his initial banking experience included the co-founding and management of a group that originated over $2.3 billion of construction loans for major real estate development projects throughout the US as part of a larger bank group. In 2004, he relocated to Naples, FL with another large national bank, then in 2007, he joined American Momentum Bank shortly after it was founded. As a Senior Vice President at American Momentum Bank, Mr. Watts works directly with clients throughout Texas and Florida originating business and commercial real estate loans. In his role as the Southwest Florida Market President, he helps oversee the growth of American Momentum Bank from Sarasota/Bradenton south to Naples/Marco Island. Mr. Watts has a bachelor of science degree from The University of Akron and an MBA in finance from Case Western Reserve University.
