Mr. Abbey is a lifelong Florida resident and has been active in commercial real estate lending in the Tampa Bay market since 2006. His primary lending clients include residential homebuilders, multifamily developers, and net lease investors.
Mr. Abbey is a 2005 graduate from Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He is a past graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay, sits on the Board of Directors for Trinity School for Children in West Tampa, and serves as Treasurer, Finance Committee Chair, and Board of Directors member for the Glazer Children’s Museum in downtown Tampa. Outside of work, Mr. Abbey is involved in multiple youth sports with his wife and three children.
