Meet our Team

Mr. Kaddatz is an MBA and Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining American Momentum Bank in 2023, he held various financial positions with regional, national and global banks. Mr. Kaddatz’s financial roles and developed knowledge span across deposit portfolio management, personal wealth management, legal entity and subsidiary management, Bank Owned Life Insurance, financial and accounting system automation, business analytics and strategic planning, regulatory reporting oversight, merger and acquisitions, business integration and asset sales.

Mr. Kaddatz graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Environmental Design (Architecture) from Texas A&M University. He worked for several regional and national engineering firms before returning to Texas A&M where he earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance. Following earning his MBA, Mr. Kaddatz began his financial career with AmWest Savings Association and later First American Bank.

Mr. Kaddatz and his wife, Tori, have since returned to the Bryan/College Station area where she was born and raised and her family resides.
