Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Ms. Baesa has over 27 years of banking experience, 15 of which have been in the mortgage industry. In addition, she has worked as a housing counselor for a non-profit organization for three years. 

Speaking both English and Spanish, Ms. Baesa has the opportunity to help each individual in her diverse community. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and results, handling details thoroughly, and staying informed on the current, past, and future mortgage market. Ms. Baesa prides herself in listening to her clients to understand their real estate needs in relation to their personal situations.
