Mr. Nordin is a Florida native, having served the Tampa Bay community for more than 13 years. He educates his clients and business partners through seminars and presentations that focus on unique markets such as condominium and construction financing. After spending several years working with condominium developers, real estate sales professionals, property managers and condominium associations, Mr. Nordin is familiar with area developments of this type. That background uniquely positions him to tailor mortgage products that meet clients’ needs. He also uses his previous experience and background as a construction manager to educate clients about the benefits, processes and nuances of construction financing.
