Dan Royal is a Florida native, and as a mortgage banker has served the SW Florida community for over 30 years. He uses his expertise to provide his clients the best possible financing options for their primary home, second home, or investment property.  Dan finances single family homes and lots, but he is also very experienced in the specialized markets of condominium, construction, and foreign borrower lending.  Dan excels at providing tailored credit solutions for complex transactions for high net worth clients, and works well with his clients trusted advisors including wealth management, tax attorneys, and trust officers. His goal is to provide a concierge level of service during the mortgage loan process.
