Mr. Garris has lived and served in the Sarasota/Bradenton market since 1990 and worked in the residential lending industry since 1995. He has served on the board of Habitat for Humanity in Sarasota for the past five years and is an active member of the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association. Having lived and worked in Sarasota/Bradenton for over 30 years, Mr. Garris intimately understands the market and maintains exclusive relationships with builders, developers, and real estate professionals.
