American Momentum Bank partners with Vantaca to provide enhanced association banking services

American Momentum Bank’s association banking division has partnered with Vantaca, a leading community management performance software, to provide enhanced services to its growing roster of association banking clients. Vantaca works with banking partners across the country and selected American Momentum Bank to become a partner.
“We’re thrilled to offer our clients access to Vantaca, which provides streamlined management for community association managers and the associations they work with,” said Heather Karamitsos, senior vice president, director of association banking for American Momentum Bank. “Recognizing the value that Vantaca brings to the association management industry, we certainly wanted to be a part of that.”
Vantaca’s modern, AI-enabled platform simplifies accounting, communications and operational workflows for today’s community association managers (CAMs) and homeowners associations (HOAs). The integrated software solution offers seamless banking, payment processing, vendor verification, communication tools and document processing — providing real-time insights and automation that transform how communities are managed.
The integration between Vantaca’s portal and American Momentum Bank’s banking services also streamlines payment processing for homeowners. The bank’s association banking division offers a variety of competitive deposit products, specialized lending programs for capital improvements and insurance premium financing.
For American Momentum Bank client HOA Love, access to Vantaca was a selling point in working with the bank.
“We interviewed a lot of software companies, and Vantaca seemed to be ahead of the curve on everything technology-wise,” said David Perdue, CEO of HOA Love, an association management company based in Utah. “Vantaca uses AI to automate tasks and workflows, which makes our jobs easier. The self-service options also allow homeowners to access things in the portal, which can save HOA members and board members time.”
For Karamitsos, the customization that Vantaca offers CAMs is also beneficial.
“What I have found to be one of the most valuable features of their system is that you can have multiple companies under one database,” she said. “If you do outsourced accounting for other management companies or self-managed HOAs, you can brand accounting forms for each account. That’s not available with some of the other HOA management tools.”
Vantaca’s customer service has also been noteworthy.
