All Florida Services Management partners with American Momentum Bank

SARASOTA, Florida (June 6, 2023)—All Florida Services Management, a full-service licensed community association management (LCAM) firm serving Sarasota and Manatee counties, has partnered with American Momentum Bank’s Association Banking division. Through this partnership, the homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium associations (COAs) that work with All Florida Services Management will have access to enhanced banking services with no additional fees.
All Florida Services Management discovered American Momentum Bank through its partnership with CINC Systems, the first cloud-based, bank-integrated accounting and property management platform for the community association industry. CINC partners with premier banks throughout the country, including American Momentum, to support community management companies with its integrated banking features.
“We went live with CINC in 2021 but were not banking with a CINC partner bank at the time,” said Margaret Kennedy, LCAM, owner of All Florida Services Management. “I heard about American Momentum Bank through an association and decided it was time to make the switch. The customer service is better than our previous bank, and they don’t charge monthly maintenance fees for association accounts, which is a huge savings for our clients.”
Kennedy notes that for some HOAs and COAs she works with, American Momentum Bank’s fee structure saves them up to $1,000 per year. Through the CAM’s partnership with American Momentum Bank, the associations All Florida Services Management works with also have enhanced association management services through CINC, such as automatic payments both to and from the association through the online portal.
“As a community association management company, it’s our job to ensure that the associations we manage are financially responsible,” said Kennedy. “With American Momentum Bank, they now get better banking services without the per-door or per-association banking fees that other banks typically charge. The convenience of having access to more services through CINC has also enhanced our offerings as a management company.”
Based in Sarasota, Fla., All Florida Services Management works with 20 HOAs and COAs in Sarasota and Manatee counties, ranging in size from seven units to 500 units.
